Founded in 2009 by Tony San Felice, we build custom homes and renovations across Sedona, the Verde Valley, and Northern Arizona, with the precision of a fine homebuilder.
A Family-Built Company Rooted in Northern Arizona
San Felice Building Group started the way a lot of good things do: with hard work and a refusal to settle. Tony San Felice began his construction career in Sedona, working for Phil W. Morris Fine Homebuilding Co., where precision was expected on every cut, every joint, and every finish. That experience set the foundation for everything we do today.
Tony and his wife Kendra met in Cottonwood in 2012. What followed was a stretch of years where Tony worked two and sometimes three jobs: construction during the day, restaurants at night, and building a business in whatever time was left. They managed apartment complexes together, raised a family, and held onto a dream they had shared since 2013: build something together that makes a real difference in the communities they call home.
That dream became real when Tony combined everything he had learned from both construction and the corporate world to form what is now San Felice Building Group. Based in the Granville community of Prescott Valley, with every member of our team living between Mingus and Bradshaw mountains, this is a local company in every sense of the word.
Today, San Felice Building Group provides general contracting, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, tile and stone installation, new home construction, and whole-home renovations across Sedona, Cottonwood, Camp Verde, Prescott Valley, Prescott, and surrounding Northern Arizona communities. We are licensed through the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, bonded, and insured for residential construction.

Our Team
San Felice Building Group is not a sales office that sends strangers to your home. Tony is on the job site, and so is a team of experienced tradespeople who have been building and remodeling in Northern Arizona for years. Our crew brings decades of combined experience across tile and stone work, framing, finish carpentry, plumbing coordination, and project management.
We are a diverse group, and every person on this team brings their own expertise and wisdom from years in the trades. What we share is a work ethic and integrity that shows up on every project.
