Our founding philosophy
Northern Arizona Builders
Looking for a contractor in Prescott, Sedona and Northern Arizona? We can help.
Whether you're planning a kitchen remodel, updating a bathroom, or taking on a full home renovation, getting it right the first time matters. The wrong contractor can mean delays, budget overruns, and much worse. San Felice Building Group was founded by Tony San Felice in 2022 after years of working for high-end homebuilders where precision was the standard. We bring that experience to projects across Prescott, Sedona and Northern Arizona. We offer you our creativity and design intuition and combine it with however you can describe your vision. From a single room refresh to new home construction on challenging terrain, we make it special.
Meet the Team
The people behind every build.
We're a small group, we have our talents, but we're all on the same team. No account managers, no handoffs to strangers. Just us, steady on your project, through the finish line.
How We Work
A process built on precision, not surprises.
Step 01
Consult
We meet you on-site to understand the vision, walk the space, and help you identify the full scope. No pressure, just a conversation. We leave you with a clear understanding of how we partner with you in Pre-Construction and Design and what we are going to do for you.
Step 02
Design
Mood boards → Shopping lists → Selections → Drawings → Renderings
Once we have your project designed, we provide you with a start-to-finish job calendar and a completely transparent working budget. You can see every cost and every variable before work begins.
Step 03
Build
All of our clients will have a dedicated project manager, a complimentary account within our JobTread project management software, regular updates, consistent communication, and craftsmanship you should expect from a luxury fine homebuilder.
Step 04
Handoff
This is our final walkthrough with you for this project. We pour ourselves into finishing strong and are genuinely looking for your excitement and enthusiasm. We provide you with a binder of all important documentation and a visual slideshow of the process. For us, nothing is finished until you’d invite us back for the next project.
